The fastest way to reach the ShowTracker team is by email. We read everything that comes in and act on the same week for content corrections.

What to include

  • Corrections: the URL of the page, the field that's wrong, and a link to a primary source for the correct value.
  • Missing tours: the artist, the announced US dates with venues, and a link to the official tour announcement.
  • Venue submissions: the venue name, city, capacity, and a link to the venue's official calendar.
  • Partnership inquiries: a one-paragraph summary of what you have in mind and a contact name.

For takedown requests or copyright concerns, please email a notice that complies with the standard requirements (your contact information, the URL in question, the basis for the claim, and a good-faith statement). We respond within five business days.

What we don't do

ShowTracker does not sell tickets, earn commission on ticket purchases, or arrange artist appearances. We also can't help with refund or transfer issues — those are handled by the venue's ticketing provider. The "Find tickets" link on every show page goes directly to the official ticket provider for that date.
